Prizes are subject to availability and may vary. No prize is exchangeable for cash. Participants are responsible for any taxes, fees, or shipping costs unless otherwise noted.

- Abuse, fraud, or spam entries will be disqualified
- CoinCollecting.com reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any contest at its sole discretion
User Submissions and Content Licensing

By submitting your story, image(s), and related information to CoinCollecting.com, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
✔ Permissions Granted:
- You grant CoinCollecting.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, and display your submitted story, your first name and last initial, and any photos you provide on our website, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- You understand that we may edit your story for length or clarity, but we will never alter its essential meaning or context.
✔ Representation of Accuracy:
- You confirm that all information you submit is true, accurate, and based on your own experience.
- You certify that you have the legal right to share the story and any images you submit, and that your submission does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
✔ Liability Release:
- You agree to release and hold harmless CoinCollecting.com and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your submission or its publication, including but not limited to claims related to accuracy, copyright, or privacy.
- CoinCollecting.com is not responsible for verifying the factual accuracy of collector-submitted stories or images and assumes no liability for any errors or misrepresentations in user submissions.
✔ Notification of Use:
- We will notify you prior to publishing your submission so you’ll know when and where it will appear.
✔ Option to Remain Anonymous:
- If you prefer to remain anonymous or restrict certain details from being shared, please indicate this in your submission notes.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or data
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools
- Distribute spam, malware, or viruses
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Site
Intellectual Property
